Regular Maintenance
Immediately After Cleaning:
Please use caution when walking on recently cleaned carpets because they could be slippery, especially when going up or down stairs or switching from a damp carpet to a hard surface. It is advised to wear white-soled, non-slip footwear that is clean.
Air Flow:
Depending on the temperature, airflow, and humidity, your carpets or furniture may remain damp for up to 24 hours following cleaning. Running fans, including the summer fan on your furnace, opening windows (in the summer), and maintaining a warm environment can all help speed up the process. Please contact us if your carpets are not dry in a day.
Maintain Your Cleaning: The manufacturers of carpets advise professional cleaning every 12 to 24 months to preserve your warranty and keep your carpets looking great for as long as possible. Regular cleaning can extend the life of your carpets and prevent premature wear in addition to improving appearance.
Spills & Spots:
When spills or stains penetrate deep into the pile of carpet, they frequently pool between the backing of the carpet and the underlay. Cleaning can cause residues to “wick up,” which can make stains reappear or even grow after cleaning. Even after everything has dried, please give us a call if you have any concerns about the cleaning results.

Thoroughly vacuum: Although it may not be visible, dust and dirt settle into your carpets from the air and daily use. Vacuuming your carpets thoroughly and regularly keeps them looking great for longer. The frequency with which you should vacuum depends on how much dust is in the home and how frequently the area is used, but a good rule of thumb is once per week for all carpets and 2-3 times per week for high-traffic areas.
