Disinfectant services

Have you spoken with your insurance company?

The most crucial initial step is to get in touch with your insurance provider if you have significant water damage or another big calamity. They can have a specific claim procedure you must adhere to, and they might help you select a restoration business to handle the process.

Non-flood Disasters

We have experience dealing with minor smoke damage in carpets and upholstery, but for complicated disasters like fires, it’s crucial to have a restoration company assess the overall situation and help determine the best course of action. This is because our services won’t deal with smoke damage to walls, ceilings, and other household contents.

Grey water versus clean water

Sewage and used water can both be polluted with bacteria and other harmful substances, necessitating a more thorough cleanup. That’s why we can only help with clean water leaks where there is a water extraction problem.

Flood Clean-up Process

Cleaning up after a flood requires a different approach than regular cleaning.

auto-flash

Before we enter the room or carpeted area where the flood occurred, all furniture and other belongings must be thoroughly removed.

shield

You are responsible for disposing of the underlay and should have garbage bags on hand. Carpets will be pulled back, and the underlay will be removed.

voicemail

You will need to make arrangements with a carpeting firm for the replacement of the underlay.

attach

Our powerful vacuum will be used to remove the water.

reload

To stop the growth of bacteria, the carpet will be cleaned on both sides and the flooring will be treated with Benefect™.

color-palette

After cleaning, the carpet and the underlayment must both have enough time to dry completely. Using fans, additional heat, and air circulation can hasten this process.

Costs of Flood Cleanup

Flood cleanup is priced on an hourly basis rather than per room or area. Due to the variance in time dependent on the flood conditions and the size of the area, pricing will be assessed on-site. Depending on the extent of the flood, cleanup may take several hours. The necessary Benefect™ treatment costs $49 for each additional unit and $99 for the first unit.

Happy with the service overall. The Gentlemen were courteous, friendly and did a great job. Small issue/suggestion: I noticed there was a lot of dust blow on the furnace room floor, boxes and mudroom that I had to clean up after they left. Wish they had doublechecked and cleaned up the mess created.
