How to Prepare for Your Cleaning Appointment
01. Pre-Vacuum Your Carpets
Carpets collect a great deal of dust, dirt, and hair. Your carpets must be thoroughly vacuumed before we can clean them. Just as you would sweep or vacuum before mopping or cleaning a hard floor. This can have a significant impact on cleaning results!
02. Remove Any Breakables.
Please move any lamps, plants, or breakables before we arrive, and make sure the areas to be cleaned are free of items on the floor. We don’t want anything to go wrong!
03. Remove Furniture
Tables, chairs, and sofas are among the items of furniture that we can move. Beds that are not on rollers, entertainment centers, electronics, china hutches, and other large or delicate furniture cannot be moved. We’ll try our best to clean underneath or around anything we can’t move.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW FOR THE DAY OF CLEANING
Time :
Arrivals for morning appointments are between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm
Arrivals for afternoon appointments are between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.
To provide you with your two-hour arrival window, we will provide you with a phone call or text message
Please let us know in advance if you require a more narrowed down time of arrival before your appointment. We do our best to keep our schedule running smoothly throughout the day and cannot have our technicians waiting in the driveway. We ask that you be home and prepared for our arrival.
Parking :
Please make sure there is paved, legal parking available within 30 feet of your home’s entrance. And that the vehicles are moved to allow our technicians to park as close to the entrance as possible.
Please make sure that snow and ice are removed from driveways and sidewalks.

Pets :
Your pets may find our equipment to be frightening and loud. The door will be partially open while we clean.
Please make arrangements to keep your pets in a safe location where our cleaning won’t disturb them.
Payment :
Cash and personal checks are not accepted at this time.
Debit, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted.
The balance is due in full when the cleaning is completed.
